Career Launch Pad

Learn to change your habits and mindset

You don’t have to have it all figured out

Everyone keeps asking what you’re going to do next.

What subjects are you choosing?, What degree are you applying for?, What career are you aiming for?

And while it seems like everyone else has a plan, you feel unsure, overwhelmed, or quietly panicking.

Maybe you’re choosing subjects and it feels like every option is a gamble.

Maybe you’re already at uni and wondering if you chose the wrong path.

Maybe you’re finishing school and staring at a future that feels way too big.

You know you’re capable.
You’ve worked hard to get here.
But something doesn’t feel clear.

And that uncertainty is exhausting.

Clarity comes
before commitment

You can’t choose confidently if you don’t understand yourself first.

Kickstart your journey

The Career Launch Pad is a 4-week journey, tailor-made for students grappling with the overwhelm and confusion of subject selection or their first career choice.

Once a week for 1 hour, you’ll immerse yourself in a transformative experience that will lead to those magical "aha!" moments and end the cycle of uncertainty. This process helps you uncover possibilities you may not have discovered on your own.

In the coaching space you can be yourself without any judgement – there’s no pressure for you to know all the answers right now.

This isn’t about locking in your entire future.
It’s about making your next step with confidence.

By the end of this program you will...

Clearly understand what you’re good at and what energises you.

Gain direction

Have a realistic, exciting next step that feels aligned.

Feel confident

Trust your decision instead of second-guessing it.

Take action

Leave with a plan, not just ideas.

I’ve been on both sides of the table

Having experienced both sides of the table (a job seeker and the hiring manager), I know what both sides feel like. This unique perspective allows me to effectively coach you on structuring conversations to highlight your skills and experiences with potential employers.

I’ll offer you insights, ask the hard questions and gently challenge your thinking!

While I can’t wave a magic wand to make the perfect job vacancy appear, I can tell you that my coaching will give you clarity, self-awareness, and the kind of motivation you haven’t felt in a while.

What this really gives you

Clarity you can act on.

When you’re clear on your vision, values, and direction, decisions stop feeling like guesses. You move from reacting to choosing.

Instead of overthinking every opportunity, you evaluate it against what you now know about yourself.

You trust your judgment.

You take steps that stretch you, not because they’re comfortable, but because they align with who you want to become.

This is confidence built on foundation, not hype.

Frequently asked

  • I prefer to do the workshop with a small group of my friends, is this possible?

Yes!  Exploring your strengths, interests and values with those who know you brings another level of learning (and fun) to the learning.  Send me a message and we can sort times, dates as well as a location for your workshop.

  • What if I'm not sure what career path I want to pursue?

Career coaching can be especially helpful if you're feeling unsure about your career path. A career coach can help you explore your interests, values, strengths, and preferences, and provide guidance as you consider different options.  You can’t be what you can’t see; a career coach can also help you identify potential career paths based on your skills and interests and develop a plan to explore and pursue those options further.

  • Will career coaching guarantee me a job after graduation?

While career coaching can provide valuable support and guidance in your job search, it cannot guarantee you a job. Securing employment ultimately depends on various factors, including your qualifications, experience, the job market, and the effort you put into your job search. However, career coaching can help you improve your job search skills, be clear as to the career path you want to take, and increase your confidence, which can enhance your chances of success.

  • Can I participate in a career coaching program while still in high school?

Yes, this career and mindset coaching program is specifically designed for high school and Uni students. The program can help you explore career options, plan for Uni or TAFE, develop essential skills, and prepare for the transition to the workforce. Participating in a career coaching program while still in high school can give you a head start in building a successful career path.

  • What exactly is a career coaching program?

A career coaching program is a structured set of activities and resources designed to help teenagers and young adults explore various career paths, set goals, develop skills, and plan for their future careers. It typically involves one-on-one sessions with a career coach, workshops, assessments, and resources to support career exploration and development.

  • Why should I consider attending a career coaching program as a teenager/young adult?

Career coaching programs can provide valuable guidance and support as you navigate important decisions about your future. They can help you identify your interests, strengths, and values, explore different career options, set achievable goals, and develop the skills necessary to succeed in your chosen field.

  • Why should I choose the Know Your Purpose program?

Life’s been a rollercoaster for me, just like it probably has been for you.

It started back in high school where I felt like no one really got me.

I was unsure of what I was good at and what I wanted to pursue.

When I left school, I landed a job as an office manager and eventually pursued studies in Human Resource Management, where I excelled at fostering workplace harmony and cultivating positive cultures.

I witnessed countless individuals trapped in roles that didn’t align with their true aspirations, and it became clear to me that people were living what I call “accidental lives”, settling for jobs simply because they matched their degrees.

I soon realised my true passion was more about helping people reach their dreams rather than just ticking boxes.

For over twenty years, I, too, have constantly asked myself the big questions: "Am I happy? What am I doing with my life?" Through countless reinventions, I've learned the art of personal transformation firsthand.

Now, I'm here to help you navigate through your own journey of self-discovery, whether you’re still in school struggling with subject choices, a fresh high school graduate, or someone further along in your career.

Not sure where to start?

Let’s figure it out together on a discovery call.
