Work with me over a 6-month timeframe to change your behaviours, change your habits and change your mindset to see what is possible.
We all have thoughts continually running through our heads. The more we tell ourselves the same thing the more we believe it and the truer for us it becomes. Working with a coach helps you identify automatic negative self-talk and question it, which in turn allows you to ‘see’ your thoughts.
Coaching sessions are conducted fortnightly to help you catch your thoughts and learn to reframe them.


Get Out of Your Comfort Zone
As a mindset coach I will push you out of your comfort zone. Because change doesn’t happen within your comfort zone! By hiring me you are not looking for a sounding board to tell me how your dreams are impossible to achieve. I will show you your own thinking and together create a strategy to take actionable steps to create the life you are craving.
I will shine a light on your actions and will point out your blind spots. As you leave your comfort zone you will feel yourself grow into the person or career you want.

Coaching is about helping people to get from where you are now to where you want to be using these four key steps:
- Helping you to become clear about what you truly want
- Reviewing where you are now and what you have tried so far
- Coming up with and discussing options for action
- Agreeing on a plan to make it happen
As a mindset coach I work with you to unlock your beliefs, behaviours, habits and patterns of thinking to so you can have the career or live the life you desire.
Working with me in one-on-one coaching sessions or attending a workshop will help you understand and rediscover your purpose – igniting your potential.
Through the coaching sessions will become clear on what you want to achieve and evaluate where you are now. Then take action to move from here to there. Be sure you’re ready for coaching as it does take effort. Those who progress most quickly in coaching are those who are most willing to be coached.

First Session
In the first session you will have clarity on the goal you want to achieve, then over the course of the program you will take action to achieve your goal.
Each coaching session will provide both theoretical and practical advice. I will give you a safe space to learn, grown and develop your new skills. In between session you will try on new thinking and habits.
Fortnightly coaching sessions over 6 months.

FAQs
Can I complete the course over 3 months attending weekly?
Yes, if you are ready to do the work and have the time to complete the thinking & tasks in between, weekly sessions can work.
How do I pay?
Program costs can be paid by bank transfer or credit card. Credit card payments will incur the banks surcharge fees. Payment for coaching programs can be paid in one installment. If payment is made by installments, payment for each session is to be received prior to the session commencing.
Can I reschedule a booked coaching session?
Yes. Within 24 hours of the scheduled session, you will forgo the actual session. If you reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice the session can be booked for another time / date.
What does a Life Coach do?
1 Motivate – a life coaching is similar to a sport coach; except they help you reach your life goals. This means their number one mission is to motivate and inspire you to reach the goals you have set for yourself.
2 Strategize – a life coach helps you strategize by asking the most important questions. This helps ensure you set a meaningful, effective and focused pathway towards your goals.
3 Hold you accountable – life coaches keep in contact and make sure you hold yourself accountable. With helpful reminders and assistance in working through your limiting behaviors you can reach your goals.
